Digital Health Most Wired Survey (DHMW)
The Digital Health Most Wired survey is an international benchmarking and recognition program which serves as a comprehensive “Digital Health Check-up” for healthcare organizations across the world. As success in digital health increasingly determines the quality of patient care, the scope of the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired survey reflects the progress of leading healthcare providers as they reinvent healthcare for a new century. To help you achieve the best possible survey experience we have created this Resource Page for the 2026 survey year.

You can download the Word versions of the Digital Health Most Wired Survey to review with your team and prepare for submission. Our Reference Guide for each section is included. The Survey Submission window opens on March 2, 2026. You can register your healthcare organization with our portal for submitting completed surveys.
Join us for Open Office Hours
Digital Health Most Wired Open Office Hours begin Thursday, March 12, from 12–1 PM ET and will be held weekly on Thursday's through May 28.
Register once for these recurring sessions and join any week if you have questions as you work through this year’s survey. A member of our team will be available each week to help clarify survey questions, measures, and definitions.
