Ryan Pardee

A Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, Ryan Pardee brings extensive experience in counterterrorism, cybercrime, and international investigations to his role leading the San Francisco Cyber Task Force. He has held various leadership positions within the FBI, including managing international cyber operations and supervising counterintelligence investigations. Pardee has also served as an instructor and advisor to international partners, specializing in mitigating threats from actors operating online. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish, as well as an MBA. 

Ron Ross
National Institute of Standards and Technology Computer Security Division, Information Technology Laboratory 

A Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Ron Ross is a leading expert in cybersecurity, systems security engineering, and risk management. He leads the development of crucial cybersecurity standards and guidelines for the federal government and critical infrastructure and supports international cybersecurity initiatives. Ross is a highly decorated cybersecurity leader with numerous awards and recognitions, including the Presidential Rank Award and induction into the National Cyber Security Hall of Fame. He holds degrees in Engineering from West Point and Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Andrew Carr

A Senior Director at Booz Allen, Andrew Carr brings over 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and incident response to his role leading the Commercial Incident Response team. He partners with organizations across various sectors, including healthcare, to help them prepare for, respond to, and remediate cyberattacks. Carr also has extensive experience in academia, having led cybersecurity graduate programs at Utica University. He is a recognized expert witness in digital forensics and incident response and co-founded Booz Allen's Threat Actor Communications and Intelligence team, specializing in ransomware negotiations. Carr holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Intelligence and Forensics and is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association.

Josh Howell serves as Rubrik’s Healthcare CTO, working with leading healthcare organizations across the country on their cyber-resilience plans and business cases. Josh’s background as an infrastructure and operations leader, and experience at various manufacturers and ISVs serves him well in assisting organizations that want to preserve their quality of care in an uncertain cyber-security landscape.

Nate is passionate about building strong performing and cohesive teams and programs and advancing the cause of cyber safety as patient safety throughout healthcare.

He is a graduate professor and serves on the board of JBJS and as Co-Chair of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network’s Patient Family Advisory Council, having previously served on the Global Board for HIMSS for 6 years.

Mari Savickis

Mari Savickis is the Vice President of Public Policy at the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), where she leads advocacy efforts on a wide range of health IT and cybersecurity policy issues. She has extensive experience working with federal agencies, the White House, and Congress on key legislation, including the 21st Century Cures Act and HIPAA. Prior to joining CHIME, Savickis served as Assistant Director of Federal Affairs at the American Medical Association and held positions at CMS and ONC. She holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Delaware.
