Ross is a highly decorated cybersecurity leader with numerous awards and recognitions, including the Presidential Rank Award and induction into the National Cyber Security Hall of Fame. He holds degrees in Engineering from West Point and Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Carr also has extensive experience in academia, having led cybersecurity graduate programs at Utica University.
