With the senior population growing exponentially and the demand for care services nearly doubling by 2030, facilities must adapt to evolving resident expectations, workforce shortages, and rising costs.

At the same time, the caregiver-to-patient ratio is shrinking, putting increased pressure on organizations to maximize efficiency without compromising care quality. Financial constraints continue to mount, as the cost of long-term care is projected to rise significantly, impacting both providers and residents.

To succeed in this complex environment, senior living organizations must leverage modern technology to enhance transparency, streamline operations, improve care delivery, and create sustainable growth strategies. 

Ashley is an experienced HR technology leader with nearly 12 years at EverTrue serving as the Director of HRIS for the past five years. In this role, she oversees the HRIS team and all HR technology solutions, ensuring strategic alignment between HR, IT, and Operations. With deep expertise in system implementation, process optimization, and compliance, Ashley played a critical role in the organization’s Workday implementation in 2014 and its successful go-live in 2015.

As a key driver of digital transformation, Ashley partners with Operations, Senior Leadership, HR, and end-users to enhance system capabilities, improve data integrity, and leverage HR technology for operational efficiency. Her experience spans system strategy, integrations, vendor management, and process innovation.

Anthony brings extensive healthcare finance leadership experience, particularly within physician practice groups. He served as Controller at Westmed Medical Group (a 400+ provider, 2,000 employee organization in NY and CT), where he led a comprehensive Workday implementation across Finance and HR. He then rose to CFO, guiding Westmed through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and ultimately leading them through a successful merger with Summit Health/VillageMD. Anthony, a CPA and CMA, joined Workday in January 2023.

Sarah Hickman Auger is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution around Workday solutions for Healthcare across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. A teacher at heart, Sarah is driven to educate the market on how Workday empowers providers and payors with a better business foundation to drive the future of health, and she loves helping customers share their stories with the broader community.

Prior to joining Workday, Sarah spent more than 16 years working in enterprise software, taking on various roles in product management, strategy, marketing, and customer success. Throughout her career, Sarah has focused on how mission-driven organizations can leverage technology-powered innovation to accelerate operational impact. She specializes in positioning and messaging, strategic communications, content creation, and customer-facing events.
