Jim Feen is the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer at Southcoast Health. Jim joined Southcoast in 2008 to help lead a multi-year platform change strategy. He most recently formed Southcoast’s first for-profit digital innovation company, Conpotio LLC. Prior to joining Southcoast, Jim worked for 10 years in the EHR implementation and client support services working with various health systems across the US and Canada. He holds a master’s degree in health analytics & informatics from Tufts University School of Medicine. Jim is a CHIME member and sits on various boards. In his down time, Jim enjoys time in Vermont with his family skiing, golfing, and hiking.

Jim Venturella has been with WVU Medicine since 2015. He oversees Information Technology, Healthcare Technology Management, Population Health, Telemedicine and Strategic Analytics. He has over 34 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry working with hospitals, physician groups, pre- and post-acute service organizations, and payers. He has 17 years of management consulting experience with Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting. He also spent 7 years as the CIO of Physician and Hospital Services at UPMC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Toni Laracuente, Senior Director and Head of Analytics and Digital Health with CHIME, is a global thought leader and advisor on person centric digital health ecosystems and digital-first strategy to build data informed, outcomes focused care delivery models.  

In her role, she is responsible for executive business leadership and global strategy and partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market for the CHIME Digital Health Analytics digital health portfolio.  

Toni has a nursing background in critical care and emergency department, healthcare quality improvement and clinical informatics. She has served in C-level executive leadership, clinical, business development, strategic planning, and consulting roles for healthcare provider systems and clinical information technology organizations throughout the USA, Australia/Asia-Pacific region, and the UK. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, master’s degrees in healthcare management and health informatics, holds the CPDHTS certification and an adjunct faculty teaching position, teaching masters level analytics and informatics in a healthcare MBA program.  

With more than thirty years of experience in healthcare, Toni is a published author and conference speaker, passionate about the use of data and innovative technology to facilitate delivery of safe, high-quality care, inform clinical and operational decision-making, improve healthcare equity, improve digital experience for the clinical workforce and to inform strategies and actions to improve planetary health through decarbonization, adaptation and resilience of healthcare delivery systems.
