The Systemic Approach to Well-Being: Lessons from Hundreds of Hospitals
A CompassionIT Spotlight
Session Description
In this fireside chat, Dr. Ed Lee, Chief Medical Officer at Nabla, interviews Corey Feist, CEO of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, about their national technical assistance program that supports healthcare organizations in improving workplace policies and practices that reduce burnout and normalize help-seeking. Together, they explore the data, programs, and patterns emerging from the field, highlighting what’s working, where systems still fall short, and how recognition can be a catalyst for lasting culture change. Grounded in direct experience and national insight, this session offers a practical look at the evolving path toward sustainable clinician well-being.
